DO NOT DEAL WITH Matrixcar.de *FRAUD ALERT*
i DEAL WITH FOREIGN COMPANY ALOT OF TIMES
THIS IS THE FIRST ****ING TIME I WAS CHEATED SO BAD
It was supposed to deal via ebay.com
but the seller told me to go private instead
cause there is seller fees in ebay.com
In the end i agree on getting the kit for my CLK W208
He asked me to wait long because it is seafreight
i understand that.
I sent him a Wiretransfer worth of USD$1,980.00
Bumper Kit "Style 1"

I Have waited up to 3 month
and still no news from him!
Never sent back an email
never return my call

cause you can reserve payment made from the buyer
for buyer you can have 100% money back gurantee
for non-shipping
I think the best way now
go to your bank teller
and discuss
if you can reserve back the payment go ahead

Most Euro sales are done so via wire transfers (western union, etc) and that isn't really traceable... if they have a fake ID, then, its over... you will never see your money or your product.
Paypal doesn't guarentee anything else either... they can barely offer recovery services, although, it is not guarenteed... it is based on the cooperation from the person you paid... i'm sure their international transactions offer even less security services...

If you got scammed, I feel your pain as it happened to me in the past but certainly not for something so expensive. My thought there is you pay for what you get. The lowest price isn't always the best deal- there are alot of reputable vendors that post on this site and although their prices may be higher, you will feel far better about your transaction and, needless to say, far more secure. (not to mention they stand by it) You have an incredible resource on this site from just the individuals who have added to their vehicles.
When purchasing from ebay, look at the amount of sales first- then make sure the description of the sales (feedback) are in line with the same product- after that, make sure that the seller has been selling for quite some time. I know a little late but for those of you that don't know, my 2 cents.
On the other hand, if you didn't get "scammed" and you are a c-o-m-p-e-t-i-t-o-r, try building a reputation by providing proper service not destroying the credibility of others!
