Are you guys getting the clk320 or clk500? What option packages are you guys chosing and when are you expecting the car.

Can't afford anything else!!
next choices would be: keyless go, and Bose sound system (is this worth getting???)

what is this keyless go and how does it work? u mean you can drive the car without the key. Then how do u get in. Don't tell me u got those digits on the door handle. I hate those.

As far as i know it's a card you carry in your pocket. Once you get within a certain distance from the car it automatically unlocks. You get in press a button on the gear changer and away you go. Others may be able to correct or further this explanation.

I don't get it. If it's card i am carrying then I might as well carry the key, right? I am stopping by the dealer today to inquery more. Thanks! and when in Aus do you live? I might be visiting Syndey and Melbourne soon as I have so much free time now with having no job.

I don't own a digital camera (so illiterate w/ technology) but I vow to buy one before it comes in. I will take shots and post them before and after. By before I mean w/ out tint and 18-19" shoes that I am planning to add once I pick it up. I thik I am also going to have the strip between the headlights painted black- if possible- to seperate the headlights.

I drove a 2003 sl500 w/ sports package this weekend. Among the options were keyless go. VERY COOL. The card is the size of a credit card but about 2-3 times the thickness. If you have it on you- you can open the doors w/ out the key and by pressing your foot on the break and pressing the button on the middle of the shifter the vehicle starts. I am a huge fan. Cannot wait to get it...

A week count down to get my CLK500 home.
all options except AMG body kits & rims.
I plan to have it Brabus styling cuz I got a C32, too close to
each other if they're all AMG style.

code 219,231,889 are fresh to me.
I learn 889 from your post, thanks !
As for 219 & 231, anyone could help ?

I live in Taiwan,ROC.
I plan a visit to my dealer this weekend and take a look at my
new arrival CLK500, how exciting ! (pics, no problem !)
I traded my wife's C320(Brabus limit edition) with this coupe.
They share the chassis as I know, some mods. I want to keep
ask the dealer to relocate those stuff to this new coupe.
(1) Carlsson sway bar
(2) Brembo F40 brake package, really sharp !
(3) Subwoofer, more bass to the Bose hi-fi option.
I expect those stuff on a W203 can well fit on this W209.
(4) Swap the rims from my C32 & CLK500, make them both
unique look
