Any1 got a CLK in Orion Blue? or Pics of One
I need some pics, of the CLK in Orion Blue, Does anybody have any pics they could share with me.
I am about to order the '06 CLK 350 and I want to pick a nice color. I am new to the board.

sorry i don't have orion blue clk picture.
I've seen a couple on the road and that color is hot!! if you are not into traditional MB color (silver, or black) Orion Blue is the color to go.
go order it and put up some pictures for me.
oh, don't forget to add the AMG Package with it. (sick body kit for 06!!)

Do the dealers have the official options list and pricing yet for the 350? I've seen the Euro PDF with the changes that was posted right after the geneva auto show, but I was waiting on one for the US.

orion blue is very nice especially on the clk class (a friend of mine has orion blue on her c230 it is amazing as well) good luck when ordering you better keep us updated!!!
if you have any doubts cadet blue isnt that bad
search cadet blue i have posted before as well as another gentleman with a clk500

2003 Orion Blue CLK 500
CLK 500 in orion blue
I have the CLK in orion blue. Unfortunately I have no flicks. However the color is hot and I get complements on it all the time. I ordered it in 2003 sight unseen and wasnt sure how it would look. When it came in the dealer called be and said you better come get this car, I having all types of offers for it.

There are more photos in a thread headed Two Tone interior. do a search under this forum to find this thread.
Code 345 Orion Blue is also called Jasper Blue for Euro spec countries such as ours.
We like our car it makes a change from silver and black that is usual here in New Zealand.
I think code 345 may be dropped after the facelift later this year.

Have just checked and it looks like Orion Blue will not be available for the CLK350.
Colour codes for facelift cars are,
Non Metallic 590, 040, 960
Metallic 541, 747, 359, 723, 775, 762, 189, 197
Special 357

My neighbour has an Orion Blue cab and it is superb with stone leather. Because of that, I originally ordered that color because I wanted a change from silver cars as many on this board are talking about.
I changed mine to Diamond Silver. I like both Orion Blue and Diamond Silver. However, my neighbours car is over 2 years old and he BABIES that thing - just 6000 miles and always spotless. He can't keep the swirl marks out of that Orion Blue, no matter what.
Given his experience (and my experience with a 1998 BMW 540i in black some years ago) I was once again "scared silver"
. But Diamond Silver is blue enough that it looks much different to regular silver - sorta like a nicotine patch for getting off silver :p . Plus it does not show any swirls whatsoever
Cadet Blue with stone is simply beautiful also - I don't know how it fares on the upkeep side.

ive had mine for 6 months and barely any swirls are visible i have never waxed it (due to bad weather recently) just basic drive-thru car washes once a week or so ....i love how it changes colors depending on what shade you are in i swear i went to the dealer and they had one on the floor i walked up to it thinking it was a designo graphite or something(i know its not avail so i was surprised when i saw cadet blue on the window sticker!!) and in bright daylight it shows you a beautiful blue and best of all its kind of rare here so im very happy!

Not mine, I have a silver W208 CKL55. Those are the only two pictures I have of the W209 in Orion Blue.
