2003 W209 CLK500 Spring pad size???
I am very soon about to install my Renntech springz for my CLK500. I was to keep stock ride height in the rear and was wondering what size pad does my car come with from the factory. I know I need a pad #4 with my renntech springz to keep my factory ride height in the rear. Any one know?

Harris, I actually purchased the Renntech springz a while ago but never installed them waiting for the winter to be over. But i am actually thinking that i don't want to install them because I don't want to give up my ride quality and I know I will not be upgrading my rims to a bigger diameter any time soon. But i just wanted to know....

Can you get pads for the front and rear to make the drop lower? If so what size would the lowest ones be? What size does my car come with stock?
Thanks

Verb, in the 03's and greater they do not come with pads in the font. In the rear they come with pads. In order to lower it, you will need lowering springz...

Yes, I already have the springs. But I was trying to find a way to lower it a little more without cutting the springs. Any suggestions. I thought the thinner spring pads would be perfect. But I guess my 2005 CLK5 does not work with spring pads.

OK. So I can lower the rear a little but with thinner spring pads. But I can't go lower in the front unless I cut or get coilovers?
Thanks
