Adding sirius satellite radio to 04' CLK 500 no navi

I am interested in adding Sirius to may car, and I saw a very small display at Circuit City

http://www.circuitcity.com/rpsm/oid/...cation.do#tabs

which appears to fit in the storage area under the radio. Has anyone tried to install a satellite radio there?

what i was thinking (for those with navi of course) is use the aux input and buy a portable sattelite radio but the only one i see is xm radio i want a sirius....is there a portable sirius player??
rainesa-this might be a good idea since you can take the player anywhere as well i would do that personally

Buy any Sirius PSP reciever. I bought the Xact one. I put the satellite on my trunk, it is magnetic so no wholes. Brought the wire from the trunk through the car under the plastic sills where the door is. And brought it up and connected the stereo through the aux input.

You can have this dealer-installed, and it will be nicely integrated with the steering wheel controls. I have a 2004 CLK500 without COMAND, and installation was no problem. The RADIO key on the stereo becomes a soft-key to select Sirius or local radio.

Make a HUGE difference when you have it dealer installed...you get all the integration features, including presets, genre and name of band/song on command, etc....also helps immensely with resale.

Hey, thanks for the idea! I stole it and made my small change to it!
