I still think the old style looks better, and I'm with Steve that the smoke isn't dark enough, not that I would expect MB to have them very dark as a stock piece. Asking for a lawsuit.

Mtechnik: I think u should blacken the tail lights even more. It will look nicer if those lights were darker. BTW, how do u change your interior to blue color? Looks nice!

CLK 200 KOMPRESSOR Elegance
Why cant I see the photos ??

I llike the current lamps more. Far classier ! I wouldn't change my car for one with those clear lamps thats for sure, I couldn't live with them !

I also prefer the "Elegance" spec we have in Europe so I'd need to change the rear lamps to the smoked anyway if I buy a new '06 !! Does anyone know if there will be different interior wood to those currently shown on the '06's. i prefer the original lighter design, the new wood is too dark !

Thanks, a buddy of mine got it direct from racing sparco, they had to custom the bolt pattern to fit my car since the rims was not meant for mercedes. He got them at dealer price since he owns a shop. If i remember correctly it was $2,800 with tires.

I would say smoked, but that's just my opinion.

Thx BigSis. I ordered the red/clear set from Steve but I started to think whether I should go with the smoked ones. Anyway, here are a couple of pictures of my car. Guys, help me out will ya? Red/Smoked or Red/Clear? By the way, I am not planning to smoke my lights darker if i were to get the red/smoked lights. Thanks!!

I think I like the clears on your car better, it goes well with the silver. I'm having a hard time seeing the difference between the old lights and the new ones. By the way I like your drop Which springs do you have on?
