Need help guys, which wheels should I go with?
Guys I have a little dillemna. I'm in the process of buying some new shoes for the CLK500 and I'm not sure which ones I want to go with. So here's what it basically has boiled down to.
19x8.5 and 19x9.5 ASA ST3's
These are exact copies of the 19" AMG CL wheels shown below, of course I'd rock the MB Centercaps, but these wheels I've always loved and still do love them. They look like the CLK500 wheels, but more agressive and stepped up.
mmgrad's CLK430 on 19" CL's
19x8.5 and 19x9.5 ASA ST4's
These are exact copies of the 19" AMG Split Spoke wheels. I'd again put the MB Centercaps, and these wheels as well are close my heart, but it doesnt grab me for some reason. They looks so sweet though on dropped cars, which mine will be, slammed.
Rareamg's C32 on TSW Bremmas (ASA Copies)
BTW: My car is Pewter and will be slammed on H&R Springs, which a few coils will be cut.

2001 E320 (210.065), Brilliant Silver; 2002 Ducati ST-2, Arrest-me Red
Personally I really like the look of the split spokes, but I wouldn't pick them. You see them literally everywhere, not only on lots of benz products but on everything. Even stock scion tcs have them.
The CL styles are classic. Absolutely beautiful. If your car isn't silver, they also look stunning in chrome (particularly so against black or white). Slammed pewter on chrome would look sharp unless you just don't like chrome. Spend some time with picture editing software and "see" it for yourself; that's how I picked mine.
Either way take care and enjoy your sweeeeeet ride!

If you want them, but they are HECKA curbed up, I mean down to the tire in one area about 1/4 inch long. My sister ran up a tall curb when washing my car, when I saw how bad my lips were, I knew it was time for some new shoes.

Should I trade the CLK500 for this???
Thinking that modding my CLK is getting costly, and I want something to bang out without bangin' out my wallet, so I came across this which is local to me, and it has low mileage and has all the mods that i would do. I know it's a japanese car, but its tastefully modded, not overdone and the price seems to be right, only thing i would sacrifice is luxury and power... so guys, dont be too biased but should I take the plunge? Plus I love those Lambo door
