Wood Steering Wheel

For my 2004 CLK320, I plan to upgrade the steering wheel to wood (Burl /charcoal).

I mentioned this to some of my friends. Without seeing the wheel, they said I have become too old. Wood steering wheel is really for older folks.

I just found these comments funny.

Please disregard the comments from your friends. You will love the wood steering wheel. It feels so nice and oh so comfortable you will want to drive even more .

Yes, x-tian-230k, it looks great. Is that burl-walnut wood? Is there only one color of burl-walnut?

I have been talking to MBenzNL and too bad he doesn't work with MB part number. The picture he sent me has a different color in the wood probbaly due to the flash light.
