Letter to MB USA
To VP of Marketing at MB USA:
Subj: CLK 500

I had sold my CLK 430 last weekend on the basis of a targeted launch date for the CLK 500 which I ordered. I understand the CLK 500 I ordered has been at the Jacksonville, Florida VPC since July 15th, awaiting a uniform launch date. I was told to expect a August 1 date.
The internet traffic is getting rather cranky about the whole issue. See a link below:

Since I am incurrring the cost of a rent a car, could you give me an update?

Count your blessings that you sold your CLK rather trade it for peanuts at the MB dealer.
You'll have your 2003 shortly; anticipation is the best part of getting something new.
