Info For Lease
There is a Bank Fee of $595.00 which the dealer can make $300 profit on coming out to $895.00 Max.
With my calculations (CLK 500 15,000 miles a year, 36 months, and a residual value of 68%) the car can be charged per month $968.49 including taxes minimum or $1028.32 at the highest.
This is the REAL DEAL! Don't let anybody screw you. Show them you know and go get 'em!!!
The above is for my CLK 500 MSRP 63,020.00

Mercedes minimum that they charge for their leases is a money factor of .00314 which is 7.536%. The dealer is allowed to add 125 points to that or 1.25% which would be a maximum of 8.786% or a money factor of 0.003660833 (8.786/24).
Take .00314 and multiply it by 24 and you get .07536 or 7.536 percent. By adding the allowable .00125 the rent factor goes to .00439 or 10.536 percent. You are lucky-- most banks allow a 2 point cap on the rent factors. This means you could have a rent factor of .00514 or 12.33 percent. Damn that's terrible, I would push to get a lease with First Star Bank (US Bank). Their Tier 1 rates are .00200 for any new unit which would 4.8 percent. I am not sure about their residuals but they are fairly competetive. Chase has good rent factors and residuals too but once you sign their lease you are stuck because their residuals are always too high on hi-line cars and your payoff will be too high if you try to get out early.
