CLK class is based on the E class not C class

2002 Mercedes Benz ML320
well, it has a mix between the two, the CLK has almost the same spedometor, the CLK where the alarm blinker buttons are is almost the same as the C class, everything below is very much like the E class, but unlike the E class, the C class has a square'ish look much like the CLK class, as appose the E class which has that curve from the center and out.... the CLK's center middle dash where the shifter is is almost the same as C class.

Judging by the part numbers .... everything you can see in the 2004 CLK is the same as everything you can see in a 2004 C. Excluding the steering wheel and instrument cluster and some door trim.

2002 S500 & 2004 CLK320
But the ride is so so much like an E than a C,, The Ride of a CLK Class is very nice,, the ride allone is worht the extra 20K.. over the c class

but the outside just screams E class sorta, the rear end is just like an E class, the headlights are pretty much E class.

You mean to say that a pair of seats and improved suspension are worth $20,000. Well in that case I have a conventional rear view mirror here I could let go for $5000.
