an old Z, of course....
Oh, How I would like to have $100 G's sitting around...

The SL K kicks a real BAD ***!!!!

Next to the SL, I can see where the W209 needs a little improvement....it needs a little lower & squarer back end. It still is a beauty, that W209....

Tezta, I know what you mean "8888" in Chinese.
must be very expensive to get these numbers.
but this's a "image tricky" to cover the plate.
tango, She is a Brabus "K8" , the ultimate SL55AMG so far
With hp upto 550, the Queen of SL55 monsters.

RAJA,

Chinese language is a tonal language, meaning if you say one word with a different tone ex: high, low, low to high etc. they mean different things. The number 8 also sounds like the word for prosperity. In HK a few years ago during the year of the dog, a man bought a number plate for his rolls royce that had just the number "9" on it, and 9 also sounds like dog, so it was considered lucky to have "dog" on his plate. He bought it for 1.7 million USD.

Thanks,Tezta

Tips : Bet it's possibly a Chinese car with plate numbers as

"5588" : 5 tones like I,me,my,mine in Chinese
"5168" 16 : all the way
"6699" 9 : forever

Any interesting numbers in American ? RAJA

5 means "never"
5588 never prosperous in Cantonese of course

LILRAJA:

No, is not supersticious... peoples like to mod their lincese plate as some of us mod our cars, that's all.

Curious, what size are these Carlsson's (thats what they look like).....are they the 1/5 Diamond Ed.?

And do you think they would fit the new Eclass?.... - between these and the Brabus MonoBlock VI.

Looks great.

Those look like 18x8.5, to my knowlege Carlsson only makes that size for the 1/5. I think it looks better than the Mono VI on the CLK. It has a smooth round look, that suits the CLK, the BRABUS rims are okay but they are nothing special to look at while they are spinning. The carlssons have a muscular look while on the road. Shine, when will your kleemann SC be in effect? It's going to be a beast.

Thats what I thought, the 1/5 in 18s only come in 8.5.......but from the photo, it looks like a staggered setup (with maybe a 9.5 in the rear), or I might be losing my eyesight .

OK the only thing this car has going for it with the interior is the carbon fiber inlays. The RED is bad, hope the owner is color blind!
