I've never seen one like that. I think it would be really cool looking. If you race your car. Then maybe a duck-tail. For breaking. But I never race mine & it will lower your gas mileage on long trips. Maybe only a 1/2 or 1 mile per gallon. But?
can you build these?
yeah I don’t think duck tails are hard to make. I’ll mock one up soon and post it.

Ceramic coating

Great! which ceramic clearcoat did you apply (or get applied)? My local Benz dealer thought it'd be useless/ unadviseable (of course, he'd prefer I buy a new one lol)

OOps - sorry I meant to post in that thread https://mbworld.org/forums/clk-class...0&gid=1&pid=10

Thanks! I've got a few things planned, but a majority of the "big ticket" items are already done like brakes and most of the suspension components (coilovers, f/r sway bars, etc.). I plan on adding a modified airbox, or possibly splurging for a renntech unit (budget permitting) along with a new tune. Car currently has a powerchip installed, but I may switch to something more optimized for my mods (headers, airbox, etc.) as I'm not sure if the Powerchip adapts to those things. Stay tuned!

. Needs to come down an inch front. 1.25 in the rear. This would be for looks only. You would lose a bit of the cushy right these cars have.
H&R make really good springs for these. Easy to put the rears in. The front are a bit more work. You need a strut compressor or a set of spring compressors. That's dangerous though. Where did you get that spoilers. That's VERY NICE!!
Where did you get it???
Cost ???

what size wheels did you have on it? What size did you go to? If they were 18's are you selling them?
I had 17's on mine. Wanted 19's. Couldn't find any design design I liked. I purchased a set of 20x9.5. 235'30x20 front 285x30x20 rear. I just can't believe how much better it handles. NO more pushing into corners. Before going into a corner. The steering wheel was really heavy to turn. Unsure you were going to get it turned almost at any speed. Put on my new rims & tires. The steering is so light now. Handles much better.
I don't really care for the new rim style though. Once they're mounted I own them. No big deal though. I'll keep looking for a 19 inch pattern I really like. Then I'll just sell these 20"s

. I still want to know where you got & cost of your spoiler. I like it. A LOT!!
😉

I have the H&R springs for the car, it's the same ones that I had on my W203 but this is also my daily car for winter as well so it makes it difficult climbing mountains when I'm lowered. The spoiler is from vividracing it's been a few years so I can't remember the cost of it.

The car came with 17" AMG 5 spoke wheels and these are 18". Sorry won't be selling the 17's because they're my winter wheel set. I find 18" to be the perfect balance between looks and performance.

Hi All first post here

Thought I might say hi here while I post a photo of my car. At the moment its a 320 cabrio, but throughout this year...the car will hopefully evolve to become something else 😁.

Wow!!

That is awesome!! I love the stance and rims! Any engine wiork? I just put a Flowmaster FX on my E350 Coupe. It’s nice, and has a nice deep tone. I’ll find these mud flaps fog you!! Are you going to paint them in gloss or leave them flat black?

Thanks, actually there's a whole list of things going on soon, at the moment the engine only has bmc filters, an eisenmann race exhaust and a pedal box pedal tuner.

The next phase of this is Complete swap with a c32 followed by a black series wide body kit. Will update the photos then. Everything is at the garage now.... Fingers crossed it will be a smooth process.

the list is too long, too many things I want to do.

very clean looking car. What year clk how many miles? Also how long have you owned it?
. I'm not much on the wheels. I see a lot of the clk & c class around me with the exact same wheels

What rear wing are you going to put on it. A stock "Black series"?
I would like to find a rear wing that lays flatter than the AMG wing. I have the stock AMG wing. I would like to add about an inch & half to it then lay in down. If it was an inch & half taller sticking up. I think it would create way to much drag. Anyone know where I can find what I'm looking for?

It's 2004 / 146k miles. As they told me it's an original AMG Wheels. I bought this car like 7-8 months ago and i love it

For now I'd like AMG stock rear wing (ofc black one) but in my country it costs like too much and trying to find to import from USA.
Not sure where you can find what you're looking for :/

I see you have the same aftermarket HID projectors that I installed. On mine the high beam is too high when the low beam is adjusted properly. Did you have the same problem, and, if so, how did you correct it?

it pretty clean for a 146k & 15 years old. Mine is a 2005 with 80k. Mine is also a Cabriolet. I'll take some pictures soon. You find what I'm looking for. I'll send you mine. Unless yours is coming with you Black kit?
