A friend did a thorough detail. including claybar to the entire exterior. It really brought the paint back to life!!

i think they are a c63 copy? they don't say amg on it... so i know they are fake. i got them used and don't know the exact manufacturer. i really liked the offset. been trying to see about getting forged wheels, but there are too many other things getting in the way... lol...

Thanks for the reply. Mine are the same, no AMG in the casting either. And like you, I really like the fit of them.

Sorry I am seeing this months later! I sent mine in for this webbing replacement service: https://www.safetyrestore.com/6-seat-belts

if you like it this way. Then you should have it this way.
. You should install all the CLK Black" series trim. Wide rears. Front fenders, slides front facia. Then you'll have a complete wide body car.
I would make mine a wide body. But its taken 10 years to teach the other half not to hit curbs. I just put on 20x9.5 rims on mine 275x30x 20 rears & 245x30x20 fronts. No rubbing
. By going down on the side wall. It handles so much better. With 40 or 45 series side wall it pushed pretty good into corners. Now. Not anymore.
. Zorry, I got off tract.

Yeah that痴 what I was thinking. Might just do the whole kit. Only thing is I had a huge dent on my quarter panel so I just made a whole quarter panel bolt on piece for the rears. So I知 thinking of using some of the BS ideas and remaking it to my own design. Maybe a whole bolt on kit for it but who knows. Thanks for your opinion 👍🏽

Love the widebody look. Definitely looking forward to be able to do a coupe in widebody as I don't think I want to do the wife's Cabriolet.

When you finish up send pictures. I'm sure everyone here would like to see it in its steps.
what happened to the rear corner panel. I also have a question you can answer or not. If it's to personal dont answer it.
can I ask what the cost was for the rear panels?

Nice
. If I had hit a pole with mine I might cut it up also. But my 13 year old car only has 80k miles on it. Plus the body & paint are in not good but " Perfect " condition. It almost looks like the day it came off the showroom floor. It's pretty clean. I purchased it one day because my girlfriend had taken in my SL for some service. While she was waiting she walked into the showroom fell in love with this one. My sl was my beater car so I let her drive it. I was running in an NSX & Cadillac XLR. Then life or death I guess happened. I fell very I'll for almost 5 years. Sold all my cars except my CLK500. Now it's my only car. I'm getting much better. But I'm also getting older.
Life Changes.

Where did you get your rear spoiler & your front lip. I've been searching for the bigger rear spoiler. I just haven't been able to find one I like. I would really like to find one that lays down a bit more but larger than stock.
Very nice car by the way.

kool. Atleast we are on the same coast. I'm 49 miles above San Francisco.
. Yes. I'd like to see the spoiler. I just found one that is on the silver clk. But it's a $1000.00 . That's to crazy for s 6 to 10,000 dollar vehicle. At that price I really really like my stock one. :-)

Instead of Duck-tail. Why not lay it down a bit more. Make it extend over the sides of the car also.
I've never seen one like that. I think it would be really cool looking. If you race your car. Then maybe a duck-tail. For breaking. But I never race mine & it will lower your gas mileage on long trips. Maybe only a 1/2 or 1 mile per gallon. But?
can you build these?
