2004 Clk 500
I have a 2004 Clk 500, and I'm having trouble with my AC. Well, it blows cold but when the fan kicks on it sounds like a jet engine. When I turn off the A/C it goes away of course. It's a little embarrassing! Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone have any solutions?

Yes. All my MBs are like that. CLK, CLS and previous S Class and SL. Don't leave it on "Auto" or "Max" or have your blower on full blast. The fan doesn't come on that strongly. Otherwise, expect your MB to be like an Airbus A380. It's not embarrassing. It's a Mercedes.

Sold my car (which was my daily) a few months back and have regretted it ever since.

So I went out and bought a white/black 05' clk500 and started the process over. I've only had the car a few weeks but have managed to do a bit to it, the roof is carbon wrapped now and the coilovers and Vossen CV3's are at my house waiting for me to put them on. Hopefully next week
