Project Winter Wheels: Looking for new wheels and winter tires, your help appreciated
So guys, winter is around the corner, and I am looking to get new set of wheels + winter tires for my 209 CLK500. Specifically, I am looking for the wheels with the following specs:
1) 18"
2) Preferably a little deeper dish
3) Eye catching design
However so far I have not come across a very interesting set of wheels. Which is why this thread has started.
And now some questions:
1) Is low profile recommended for winter tires
2) Does it matter whether the tires have bigger contact area (is 255 preferable to 225)
If you have any photographs of wheels that look hot on CLK, I'll appreciate if they can be posted here.
