I keep reading about the new C Class (W204) and that they are going to have a Convertible (and wagon, and coupe and so on). Am I correct in "assuming" that will be the new CLK Convertible or a whole new model? I know this is purely speculation at this point, but I thought I'd ask since they share the same platform today (W203 and W209).

 

a cabrio with 4 doors?? I don't think so...coupe of C serie is CLK serie pretty much.. and it's cabrio would be the new clk which I haven't seen any prototypes yet.. (although I heard some specs about it) but it's not C series

 

Yeah, its the CLK. I read the same thing you did in a couple of car magazines and one of them said that the convertible and coupe versions are the future CLK's.
