Coilover

I just bought KW coilover variant 1, but I do not know how much I should lower my car. For example, 1 inch for the front and 0.75 for the rear etc. Please let me know what is good looking after lowering.

I can go down to about 1 finger gap without significant rubbing probs, but it depends on your wheel offset and not just the height. If you want to go lower, you would probably want to have the fenders rolled and might need to have the fender liner modified a bit.

I have 18 inch 449 HRE wheel. And I do not think I am going to touch my fender. Just lower the car without modification.
1 finger gap means 1 inch?

How about front and rear? I heard when the car came out from the factory they made rear lower than front. So if I want to lower I have to lower the front more than the rear. Am I right?

I apppreciate your reply.

No I meant a gap between the tire and fender line approximately the width of your finger, or approximately 1/2". I don't have my fenders rolled or anything else, and I don't have any problems. My car is approximately 1 finger gap in the front and back. My suggestion is to have the installer commit to making 1 or 2 minor adjustments if needed, because you will probably want them to tweak something slightly after the initial install and adjustment.

not stock.
I would do as I we have done with some of my buddies cars'... install the coilovers with the wheels and tires you are going to use and its full height... put the car in the ground, give it a drive around the block, then measure and see where and how much do you want to lower, and go from there... its better than guessing.
