After market Nav upgrade for 2004 CLK500?

I just bought a 2004 CLK500 with original MB Nav which really sucks.
I could not find any posts on this. Has any tried a seamless installation of any third party DVD navigation system. I want it to fit and look like original one but we better features.
I hope the Steering wheel Nav/Audio control continue to work after such an upgrade.

Any pointers?
Also how to get rid of the ugly Phone V60 Motorola and the adaptor. I could use that space for some thing more important.

I have Cingular 8125 Phone and wonder if they have an adaptor for that.

Nav-TV is your best choice. That is what i did with mine. To many drawbacks changing out the headunit.
