2003 SL Launch Edition, 2003 E500 Pewter/Stone
Saw the Saks Fifth Avenue Special Edition CLK500
We saw the Saks Fifth Avenue Special Edition CLK500 at Bal Harbor Shops in Miami today. It is quite striking and beautiful. The color looks quite similar to the E class Platinum Blue (from the sample in the E brochure, I haven't seen one in person). It may be a little darker. The closest MB color I have actually seen in person is Aegean Blue on the new SL.
If I were inclined to buy a new CLK, I would definitely consider buying one of these, depending on the premium. I am in need of 4 doors, so an E500 it is for me.
