Sports Pack Springs! How much they lower the car by?

Hey

On the sports pack for the CLK, how much do they lower the car by? As I was thinking of the HR springs which drops it by 40, or the PI springs which drops it by 30...

Please help!

It depends on which car you are talking about. The 350 really needs the sport spring set to handle decently. I have a 550. The 5xx handles better as is, but the sports spring set makes a nice difference and the handling is taught without making it harsh. My girlfriend who could care less about me throwing the car around hard on corners says that the 550 with sports springs (as compared to my previous 320) handles more "securely" and comfortably.

Someone told me that the sports spring set is really just the spring set (and shocks) used on the European models. I'd love to know for sure if that is true myself

The sport spring drop is pretty minor. But the improvement is noticable. Not quite an inch by my eyes. The HR springs would drop more.
