The wheels are 18 x 8.5 5-112 all around. Offset is 44mm.

The tires are 245/45R18 all around.

Will these fit at all? Using spacers or something?

I believe they are originally from an S Class.

NO...They wont fit. The offset is too high. You can probably use spacers but I will suggest you not to, well I am not a fan of spacer though. The other problem is the tire size isnt a correct size for 18" on a CLK. Hope that helps and good luck

I dont think it will even tho you use the spacer,because the offset for CLK is 35 max i think
