Thermotronic Retrofit DONE!!
Well as i have told you before i got a thermotronic unit from eBay!Till this afternoon i was still with the thermatic unit so today at night i said i should give it a try!
I did install the unit and as i have read in the forum the thing is to make it work, with this install it may work and it may not work!
In my case i was lucky and it did actually turn out to be working,i can adjust temperature set it to auto etc etc...
BUT i have some questions which will determine if it is actually working OK...
1)Am i able to adjust the air flow direction on both sides?Cause in my case i cant do anything , it only flows on my windshield
2)When i turn on the thermotronic i here some noises like water boiling coming from my engine area,is this normal???i have never heard anything like this with thermatic
3)Fan speed,temperature,anti frost are all running smooth!
I know active carbon filter wont work but i am ok with this (does anybody know what do i have to do to make it work?)
I will post pictures soon of the whole story
