If I am understanding your problem correctly - that the car has little power above 6K RPM - then I don't think you have a problem at all. If the power band on your 350 is anything like it was on my 320, then when you get up into the 6K RPM range, your torque and hp drop off considerably. That's just the limitations of your engine. Transmission problem? What does it do at idle? Either way get it checked out ASAP.

You R Probably Using Tiptronic Which Means Your Holding Onto A Lower Gear!!!!!! Switch It Into D And It Will Upshift And You Shouldnt Have A Problemmmmm!!!!!

Thats ECU safe mode probably. Try unplug the battery and plug it again after a wile. Sould be back in factory settings if there isn't a problem.

Any yellow indication ????
