mY CAR IS STOCK AT 6000 RPM WHEN I GO 40 MPH, AND IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE NO POWER,, WHAT DO YOU THINK IT CAN BE????????

If I am understanding your problem correctly - that the car has little power above 6K RPM - then I don't think you have a problem at all. If the power band on your 350 is anything like it was on my 320, then when you get up into the 6K RPM range, your torque and hp drop off considerably. That's just the limitations of your engine. It loses efficiency up in the higher revs...

OOPS, I MEAN stuck at 6000 rpm, my car , when i drive 10 mph it stuck at 3000 rpm, what cab it be

Transmission problem? What does it do at idle? Either way get it checked out ASAP.

Thats ECU safe mode probably. Try unplug the battery and plug it again after a wile. Sould be back in factory settings if there isn't a problem.
