24, bought 04' sport E500 54K miles for 14.4K OTD from dealer and 04'Designo CLK500 with 8,500 miles ( no, it's not typo) for 18K cash from private party last month. Paid off myself.( well, trade in the w208 for half of the W211)

So, I feel that there are just a lot of "20 something guys" who are just more into forums.

A) Not as computer savy and stay away from forums for the most part
B) Do not modify their cars as much as the "fast & furious" generation or "millenials" that grew up on making the most of their cars, as opposed to appreciating a perfectly stock car...like my dad and other older gentlemen that I know. Hence, they buy an AMG and laugh at me, because they are pretty much good to go out the box
C) Are too busy with life, kids, mortgages (plural), secretary's, mistresses, etc...Cant wait till Im that age!

My girlfriend Jenna drives our '04 CLK 500. She is 29. I am 27 and usually drive our other cars: '06 Honda S2000, '04 VW R32, '96 M3.

I miss tossing around the S2000...it's so much fun when you can drive a car to its limit. CLK55 is just a better fit for my lifestyle right now...I'm planning on either getting an 03 AP1 because of the 9k rev or a CR later on.

While the CLK appeals to a wide variety of drivers; here in Oklahoma, it seems that the average driver is 30-65 and successful, doesn't spend a lot of time on the internet and not a lot of time on forums.
So, I feel that there are just a lot of "20 something guys" who are just more into forums.

I am 66. I bought the clk350 cab for my wife who is in her 50's. ( For you younger owners remember, don't ever tell a woman's age!) I bought it to replace her 2001 Laser Red Mustang GT. The GT would outrun the clk but not out class it.
