it came with the car when i bought it; Benz said they can connect the steering wheel controls for B6000 (180 bucks) but I just use the remote control

if you guys are interested, do a search. Alot of the C class members have done the mod. for example, if you pick a pioneer unit, theres some part on e bay. forgot what it was but, its like 180, and will connect to your steering and enable the volume control. others just installed it and lost the controls. i thought about it, but it seems like too much trouble for me........even though those stupid window navs looks stupid, i think thats the route i will choose.
