seatbelt presenter

Sometimes I find that if I'm messing around with the radio or whatever after I get in the car, the seatbelt presenter retracks before I grab my belt to fasten-up.

I'm just curious, is there a way to force the presenter to extend?

sometimes the simplest solution is best. Thanks Guys!

BUT...there SHOULD be a way to activate it on demand.

gotta agree with u there, I'm the type that likes to ride with no seatbelt ever... its stupid I know but whatever.. anyways it would def be nice to have it on demand for those sticky situations where there is one of those ballbust stops where there are cops all over checking inspection stickers and seatbelts and whatever else they wanna ballbust about to make quota.
