Cold Air Intake ?
Does any one have cold air intake installed on W209.
Is it DIY, what parts to buy.
Any pictures.

I don't know if it's a possible mod on our cars. The 209 already has a cold air intake, being that it pulls outside air from the front grill of the car.... take a look under the hood.....and report back.

on the bottom of the intake box put heat resistant mat over it or watever you call that thing... Only way that will look nice at the same time...

Thanks, if you pay attention to the engine while its running..its sound like a V8 when u are running in low rpm..I said this because my is V6-CLK320. Ok here is the question for any experts here...since I already have my intake filter do I need to keep my stock filter in place or just take it out for the better air flowing.....Any input will be appreciated
