Good Lease Rate?

Good Lease Rate?
Hey, Our salesman gave us a lease rate for a CLK 320 with options. The total price comes out for 50,665. We then got a 400 hundred dolalr discount wich isn't much but better than nothing. We have bought 3 mercedes from before though. So the price comes down to 50,265. With 5,000 down 39 months 15,000 miles he is giving us 615 a month. With 7,000 it is 560. On Mbusa.com it is 609 and 551. And on MBusa.com that includes luxury tax, his doesn't. Is that a good price? Also if you guys can post your rates.

There are too many variables you don't specify to tell if you're getting a good deal. Don't let the dealer just quote you monthy figures or you will get screwed in the end.
They need to disclose to you the residual value of the car, and the money rate of the lease before you can really judge it. Also whether or not the monthly prices include sales tax or not. If those payments are non-tax-inclusive, they sound a bit below average for those scenarios.
