CLK320 (w209)
Congratulations !!!!!!
Superb looking car. First white one i seen. The somewhat concervative color contrasts well with the aggressive looking wheels.
Stylish, elegant, sporty, but not overdone.
I got my new wheels today for my black CLK. Brabus VI, 18" staggerd. I had The Wheel Supply polish the lip before shipping them to me. Very pleased with the result. I try to take and post pictures of it.
I like the ride height of your car. I planned to lower mine too, and thought i was going to feel stronger when i got the new wheels, but surprisingly it looks much better than i though. Compared to yours, my rear look to be almost the same height as yours, but your front seems to be 1/2 - 1 inch lower. Yours is perfect, and i'm concerned by lowering it (1" back/front) the rear will be too low.
Enjoy ..... and i'm looking forward to your post with more photos tomorrow.
Cheers

Stunning !!!!
Never thought a white one could look that nice.
The rear wheel camber seems to be perferct, and not overly negative as on some lowered cars. Is it adjustable on the 209, or did the Brabus suspension include an adjustable "thing".
Cheers

Here is a link to the place that worked on my car. Talk to Randall, he's the owner and is very knowledgeable and professional, took excellent care of me. Just tell him that Kevin with the white CLK sent you. AutowerksExpress

Interior is Ash (light grey) ... Looks nice and I believe it to be the nicest combo with the Alabaster white but it is very difficult to keep clean.

Yeah the Brabus suspension turned out really well, pretty ideal drop, about a 1.5 finger gap front and rear. The Brabus kit is not adjustable but you can slightly adjust the rear sping pad (front does not have this) to custom the height of the rear slightly. The Clk uses a #3 spring pad ... if you decide to use another suspension setup and the rear is a bit lower than the front you can use a #4 spring pad to slightly raise the height of the rear to even things out.

Used to be a CLK430
Wow! VstyleZ,
Your car looks awesome!! Being a 208 owner I am overly critical of the 209, but yours looks stunning ~ keep up the good work!

VstyleZ,
your car is off tha hook!! I heard that randall from Autowerks Express is a good guy to work with. White looks really good with the CLK, i like how the white blends with the clear part of the rear tail lights.
Is it me or does the CLK look good without the AMG kit.

Hello everyone ... sorry for the long delay between responses, i've been extremely busy recently with work and what not. Anyways on to the replies.
knihc2008
Actually purchased the rims from someone on Ebay and picked them up in person. According to Enkei's website these retail at around $800 or so per rim.
JamE55 ...
Thanks for the kind comment ... the suspension setup is kinda soft, very close to the stock setup. I would have liked the suspension to have been a bit stiffer as there is still quite a bit of bodyroll taking corners.
v1dzz
Was actually thinking about it but after driving around for a week or so I now feel that the drop is ideal, not so low that I have to worry about every imperfection in the road or slow almost to a complete halt when approaching driveways or speedbumps ... plus theres not much else on the market at this moment for the W209 bodystyle ... and cutting the springs is not an option.
Theres only a few things that im considering at the moment,
1. Possibly a more aggressive front bumper ... I really like the CLK500 front so we'll see
2. Definitely some clear or body colored bumper lenses ... Might get some Euro spec impact strips from AUTOWERKSEXPRESS
3. Adding a JL 12W6v2 and 500/1 amp to the system ... highs are ok but the lowend needs some major improvement.
I'll post more pics once the system is done ... again thanks for the kind words everyone and keep on modding.
