New tires rated 94w instead of 91w
I just put new tires on my '06 CLK350 and I didn't realize until too late that the fronts indicate they are 94w instead of the factory 91w which means (I think) that they have a stiffer sidewall than the 91w tire. Anybody know if there is any reason I shouldn't use these tires? Thanks. BTW, the rears are 91w.

From what I understand (and I'm not a tire expert!) your 94W are OK, but were not required for your car, and probably cost you a few dollars more than the correct 91W.
They are designed for "MPV's, Light Commercials or Large Saloons, are also used for low profile tyres where extra sidewall strength is required"

After a week on the new 94w tires I have to say that I don't notice anything different in ride or handling. There is an ever so slight pull to the right even after a 4 wheel alignment. The mechanic thinks it could be from a radial pull in the right front tire. I'm debating whether to have the tire replaced or wait and see if it goes away.
