I've had my blades replaced and adjusted twice. Eventually, they went back to their old, squeaky selves. Not as bad as originally but bad enough to be quite annoying.

Hey guys, I just picked up my new CLK 500 from Herb Gordon two days ago. As many of you have experienced, the MD, DC, VA area has had nothing but rain. When I picked up my clk last week, I was (kinda) amused when the salesperson said that the final check that they conducted on the car indicated that there was one "weak" wiper...dealer would therefore send a technician to my office parking lot and fix the problem there so as to avoid inconveniencing me.
Haven't had it "fixed" yet, but it did rain yesterday. Like others have said, the wipers were loud (and seemed cheap).
Too bad it doesn't have the single arm mechanism that was on my old '99 230...I loved it: worked great, and was a unique feature
