Audi S4(coming soon)
Is having a resonator make a notable difference in sound? Does it make the car sound too loud? I'm considering having my resonator deleted but I want some information before i do it.

you dont need to move the spare tire, the second one shows the pipe going around the spare tire, i also done it this ways due to shop reccomending this way, but you are going to lose some low end torque, thts one reason why most get a tuned ecu as well to make up for the loss. If you do just the dual exhaust you dont have to worry bout losing the torque

so did u lose the low end torque b4 u got ECU tuned (speedtunning) ???? I can tell u I didnt lose any low end torque before I got ECU tuned I guess because I have the dual not quad but there is one thing I dont get it those are just the tips I mean is that really matter if u put dual or quad ?

Suzuki Burgman Executive
shop is so much cheeper just find a shop that uses t 304 quality steel and mandrel bends in the piping not crush. mandrel provides less restriction but its a bit on the pricy side

i lost some before the ecu tune, main reason why i decided to do the tune was bc NJ500C had the same setup before me and reccomended it

I bought everything from the exhaust shop except the tips...these are rough estimates of wot i remember.....muffler- 150, 3in pipes 150, tips- 100, install to change all piping from catback, special heat coating for the pipes, muffler install, and bumper cutout-400. Iwould reccomend 2.5 in piping tho, thts wot i did on my SL, 3in would be better suited for a kompressor car.

Sure you can but I dont think you can find the whole set up that cheaper than the one u going to custom it. Look at the second pix those are Remus from Bavarian Auto u check the price online. If I remember right then that set up is cost $900 some excluding the labor .So what u think ? LOL

The quad posted is for the E46 3 series, it will not fit the CLK W209. We unfortunately do not offer the quad powersound label for the Mercedes lineup.

zeek, do a striaght pipe with quad tips, and if you dont liek it put in mufflers.

I have a 55 im running straight pipes with quad tips. I think the set up is similar to the silverclk on here.

Im planning on putting in 2 magnaflow mufflers and taking out the 2nd cat's later.

my original plan was to do straight pipe and if i didnt like it to just throw mufflers in but i fell in love with the straight pipe sound.
