2005 Mercedes CLK 500 AMG Package
Vibrations and Ticking Noise
I have 2005 CLK 500 AMG Package. There is a vibration o idle when it is in D and when I change gear to R and push the gas pedal there is a ticking noise left rear. I feel like there is horsepower loss.
I am thinking that my engine and trans mounts needs to be replaced. Any ideas?
Will there be a problem in driveshaft?
And how much will it cost to me in the dealer orin local repair service?

I know this is an old thread, but my buddy is experiencing something very similar to this and would like to see what other opinions are on this. The ticking noise does not sound like its coming from the left rear though, more closely to the back side of engine or so, maybe closer to the left side. Which seems to go away with any throttle input, but the vibration is always there while in gear with slight whining sound while driving. Thanks.
