sorry to reply so late-been busy with work and i finally got to go on vacation! woo hoo!
the minor repairs were just the things i mentioned.
-sunroof off track, leather on steering wheel seems more sensitive to wear and tear.
the 300ci is auto and so is the 350, i learned with my old tuner cars that "6-spd + hawaii traffic" is the least fun thing in the world.

SO TRUE, i'm selling the clk soon an thinking about getting a e92 or 996, and both the interiors are so cheap looking compared to my clk. i'm going to miss that the most from my clk, i feel like a king driving in that thing
