SRS Light, dealer says I need a new harness???

So my SRS light came on last week and I took it into the dealer to diagnose the problem, and they tell me I have a bad wire harness near my steering wheel. The service advisor was very vague but quoted me $711 to fix it. I asked for the part numbers and this is what he emailed me

Wire Harness 2034408108
Connectors (10) 0015409405

Turns out the Harness is only 20 bucks, and the connectors (im assuming I need 10), are 3 bucks a piece. I think its pretty ridiculous that they're charging me about 600 in labor so i was thinking about replace it myself, but I have no idea where the bad harness is, and if there's more than one that controls the SRS light. Has anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know where I can find a diagram to show me where this part is? Thanks alot guys... hopefully someone on here will give me better insight than my service advisor.

Ahh How I love service. They told me I had over $6,000 worth of damage to my car. It ended up being a couple of tie rods.
