03 CLK320-factory stereo to aftermarket nav?

03 CLK320-factory stereo to aftermarket nav?
Hi! I'm wondering if anyone knows what's involved in swapping out the factory cd player (non-nav/ no screen) in a 2003 clk320, for an aftermarket double din dvd/ nav unit. The only piece I've found is the double din mount kit, but nothing for the harness integration or antenna adapter. I know there are fiber optics in this car, but I'm not familiar with these cars, so I don't even know if it can be done. I'm thinking you would have to re-wire the whole stereo system with new amps and everything, and run all new wire to make a "stand alone system".
The one option I can think of is ordering the factory navigation piece for in the dash, and get the navigation hard drive for in the trunk as I have added the hard drive to another car without navigation (it was a 2006 E-350 , but it had the screen player in the dash. I just don't know if the clk320 is set up the same, or if it will even have the wiring all there for it.
If anyone has any helpful information, it would be greatly appreciated.
