CLK 320
Help-Monarch Euro 63 20" on W209

I am planing to purchase this wheel w/ Falken FK452 245/30/20 & 285/25/20 on a 04 CLK 320 and the car will be lowered on H&R spring. Do you guys think is there would be any rubbing issue? or any solution to solve the rubbing issue?
Thanks

put the tires you were going to run in the front on the rear and get a pair of 225 or 235/30/20 for the fronts. Thats the only way it will work without major modification to your rear fenders. TC

Lol, good luck with that. Sounds like the wheels are coming off of a CLS/E, make sure the offsets work. 20" wheels on our cars take precise offsets, widths and tires, you are a brave soul for trying. Do a search, there are others that have done 20's, you might want to match up to their specs.

The reason I am going for 20" is I think 19" is a bit too small for our size of CLK. Because I saw 1 of member from this forum has 20" on his CLK 55 amg and looks tight. he told me there is no any rubbing issue.

Hi mate.

Off topic, I've just been looking at your list of cars...

I think what you're after is a C63!

I think you'll find yourself forgeting allllllll about that M3!

I would be surprised if you had no issues, sounds like it wold be tight. A specially with the H&R springs.

I got a set of Monarch Euro 63

225/35/19 Toyo FZ4 front
255/35/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050
19x8.5 30mm offset
19x9.5 35mm offset

Got them from a guy that had them on 05 CLK500 lowered with Eibach springs. He did have to run spacers do to bigger breaks to clear them. I should be fine with them on my 03 CLK320. I still need to get the tires on the car. Just too busy to get it done.

let me upload some pics of his car with these wheels/tires on

In my opinion, base on this picture, I really think 19: is a bit too small. What do you guys think?

keep in mind that H&R will lower more, wish I had more and better pictures. I have 17" or what ever to stock was on CLK320 so the 19" are a nice step up for me.
