just wanted to share this to you guys...
I bought 07-08 CLK headlights, yes, bixenons to fit on my C55.

I took them apart yesterday, and here are some photos of the reflectors so far....

gonna take off the tape tomorrow, and take some pics with the reflectors ON.

then I gotta take off the "high beam" reflector, and see if I can fit the TSX projector there, yes. we are talking about quads. and by quads I dont mean quad exhaust!

 

you'd have to get smaller projectors, or maybe trim the tsx ones, i tried it on my old car before and it was a *****... plus it might look awkward since the projectors don't line up but i say go for it....

 

^ I got ONE TSX projector and ONE sti projector lol, man, I think this is not gonna work, I did some measurements, doesn't seem like there is any room.

yup it'll work if you do a smaller projector but not sure if they have a 1.5-2in projector and also not sure if it'll look good at that point...

Alex, I think if it was a small projector, it'd look stupid. I'm trying to fit a similar sized projector, but it seems like I wont have enough room to work with.

 

that's what i was thinking but try it, worth a shot....something similar still wouldn't work, i think the tsx is 2.5" but if you modified the housing it might....

just an opinion thought... nothing personal.. if it black out the headlight console i think is lost of the mercede spirit.. look more like a modified civic

I thought it might look good at first but after looking at the pics in your link, I didn't like it at all.

I always like that quad projector look!

 

I think the balcked out headlights will look way better on advans car. I agree it doesn't look good on the link...the car doesn't look right. It needs to be lowered and have a more aggressive front end. I think that's why it looks out of place.

headlights came out good...........quad projectors are nice.......i had a set just done on my e39...

Alex, I think it's easier to do it on a E39,

sigh...I have to take apart the headlights again today, I have to make a socket for my HID kit. this is a CLK facelift headlight, so it runs on D1S, and it has ONE missing ballast, so I have to take the other ballast off as well, and make a socket, to fit my D2S HID kit

 

Headlights are coming out dope... I think they'll make your car look even better. It'll bring more color balance to the front.

 

how much do the lens cost? someone messed mines up when they were buffing it
