It will bolt up...but that is where it ends. The Kompressor engine operates off MAP, the 500 engine operates off hot film mass air. It would require ALOT of tuning and massive amounts of re-wiring.

It an easy fix, all the aftermarket SC used a "voltages clamps" to keep it under 5 volts. I know of a company that can put a complete Mercedes SC kit included software tuning for around $15K. Hooleyboy's car C55 with these kit ran an 11.5s 1/4 mile.

Voltage clamps? To keep what under 5 volts? I'm well aware there are plenty of aftermarket superchargers kits out there that will work fine. That would be the better route than taking one from a M113.992.

You said "The Kompressor engine operates off MAP, the 500 engine operates off hot film mass air.It would require ALOT of tuning and massive amounts of re-wiring". You don't have to re-wiring to use the MAP. You can use the voltages clamps to keep the hot film mass air under 5v. If you don't know what is mean then you don't know much about the aftermarket sc for Mercedes. Either route are fine because there are companies sell it as complete kit with software tuned. Here the link to "Hooleyboy" fastest C55 with the Mercedes factory SC retrofit on a C55. Like I said, the company that built his car are selling it as complete kit.

to my knoweldge the amg supercharder runs at different compression, ask hooley a member on the board.

it can be done but its a lot more work than doing a kleemann, hps or renntech supercharger..

i have come to the conclusion that the 500 is not built to cope with the additional bhp a supercharger creates.

I have driven my car hard being N/A and broke the tranny and axles from driving it too hard.

I am a huge fan of kleemann, and wish my car would have been up to the job.

I have decided to purchase kleemann headers/tune which will gain me around 30bhp.

I also think that the clk's handling need's to be addressed, so im switching to coilovers rather than the h&r springs.
