There's only one way to go... Kleemann. Search for posts by Shine. He has a CLK500 w/ a Kleemann supercharger.

No longer car shopping...
Aftermarket - $20K

Available in the aftermarket and the Kleeman one (includes intercooler) goes for about $18,000 installed). Makes a great racehorse into a jet fighter. Don't know why anyone would want to tinker with an already grand thoughbred, but if zero to 100 in less than 10sec (You'd have to check with Kleeman on this exact number) is important to you and you have the disposable income, go for it and keep us all on here informed of the results. PS - You can find videos on this forum that shows a CLK55 "Kleemanized". The video shows some great burnouts. What it doesn't show is the next step the owner of the car has to do...Drive to the tire store...Good luck and let us know how it turns out!!!

If you Kleemannize your CLK500 and chip it...you'll be looking at ~520 hp and ~500 ft/lbs of torque. SL55 has similar numbers and does 0-60 in 4.5 secs (~4300 lbs). The CLK would weight in probably around ~3700 after the supercharger and intercooler...maybe a little less. And with its great drag coef. you're looking at probably 4.2-4.3 (my best guesstimate). It would cost around $19,000 USD...I don't think that's including the cost of taking it out to Colorado (Kleemann USA HQ). I was looking into doing this, but I'm not sure about spending the $$$. Car would be s*** your pants fast though Imagine pulling up to a light w/ that underneath the hood!

would the pistons and rods should be changed?would the gear box handle that amount of power?

There is no need for internal modifications. We run a LOW boost system (7psi) with an extremly effecient intercooler, where AMG runs 14+psi with your everyday "radiator" type intercooler, so they MUST lower the compression ratio. The transmission is rated at 620 lbs/ft. of torque- more than capable of handling the extra power.

Here I am.
Thanks gentlemen here already brief it so well, what else to say ?

I've seen shock faces from owners of C32AMG, E46M3, SL55AMG,
chipped RS4 .....
but what I enjoy most : it's still an elegant daily commuter, head turner & comfortable inside.

Upgrade the chassis & brake is MUST to match the amazing Kleemann power.

List mine for reference & find yours at convience
(1) KW Hi-Lo kits & Eibach sway bars (much stiffer than C32AMG)
(2) 235/40 8.5J 275/35 9.5J 18" P-zero rosso
** For power like this, pls don't off the esp.
(3) 8 piston/360mm + 6 piston/332mm brake kits

so,what are tho modefications u have done to the engine?was it only a supercharger or did you change intercooler, pistons and connecting rods?
after increasing the power by 200 horse powers the mixture is going to be rich,so did u change the fuel enjecter?
do u have a dyno graph of ur car?if u can post it plz,and also please post if there a kleeman web site?

Kleemann website : http://www.kleemann.dk/
There's report of W209/CLK50K.

It's an add-on pcs, keep the engine, injectors, ECU stock.
Contact the nearest dealer of Kleemann & I'm sure
they'll give detail introduction of the product.

That puts it right in E55 territory!

Dont get me wrong its running quite a but more power but nothing a different sized pulley and some ECU re-mapping on an E55 wouldn't fix. Am I missing something?

Hi, jmc :

around us$520 by Euro exchange rate.

I bought it from there by mail order, Evosport also distributes that stuff in the states.

I was told the cost in the states are as following :

The V8 package without install is $16,995 and the V6 i think is about $14,995.
Some dealers may discount that by certain promotion models.

I believe Kleemann SC can be purchased as an option & installed by MB of Taiwan.
