Yeah, my interior is Tan, so it reflects which makes it brighter.
Hope you like your LEDs.

Do you guys offer the 2 map lights up front? And how about LED licence plate lights for W209s?

Maybe you or the OP can answer this, in the group buy it comes with 2 big LED's (for the dome and rear) and 2 small ones (for the map lights). What would i need for the door lights? 2 small ones like the map lights?

So basically i can place an order from Sonic and ask for 2 extra map lights and stick those in the door/pr map light or are they different?

I want all the lights (door/dome/maplight to be the same company brand, only if sonic could sell em that. i emailed them but they had no answer)

So how did you get into your map lights? So you've swapped them out already?

I used a plastic flat head screwdriver to pop out the map lights

So which LEDs did you use for them? I just ordered some 194 LEDs from superbrightleds.com that I was going to try for my front sidemarkers, maybe I'll try them in the map lights instead.

Hook it up with a link if your LED maplights already work!

I put the two smaller LEDs in the door. Never use the Map lights, so I left them oem and didn't even try to open the lens.

i got into my map lights the same way, by prying at them with a flathead screwdriver. be careful though, because i left a few marks...its pretty hard to pop those covers off.

i'll try and get a pic of the led's with the black interior. now that i know that 168/194 are interchangeable with the map lights, id consider putting brighter led's in...but taking those map light covers off is a PAIN IN THE BUTT...so im going to leave them.

i have these wtfbright city leds, so i might buy another pair and put them in the doors. i like the see the ground light up when i open the doors

I ordered 4 (WLED-x4) (http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...%2FWLED-x4.htm). 2 for the doors and 2 for the map lights. Here is a pic of when I first installed them. I decided to go with cool white for the dome that's why they look different. I will take a better one tonight with the black interior when it's dark.
