i got into my map lights the same way, by prying at them with a flathead screwdriver. be careful though, because i left a few marks...its pretty hard to pop those covers off.
i'll try and get a pic of the led's with the black interior. now that i know that 168/194 are interchangeable with the map lights, id consider putting brighter led's in...but taking those map light covers off is a PAIN IN THE BUTT...so im going to leave them.
i have these wtfbright city leds, so i might buy another pair and put them in the doors. i like the see the ground light up when i open the doors

So 168/194 is the map/door light? I don't ever use the map lights but i'm tottaly OCD and want to have the same brand/mark for the City/Map/Dome lights. I'm waiting to hear back from Sonic as they told me they might have the City/Dome/Map light in somethime this week, if they don't get back to me you mind telling me where you got your other LED's from

i got mine from an ebay seller (neondials), i just checked and it doesn't look like he has any for sale right now. just look for his mercedes led city lights

they look NICE! Any Idea where I can find Yellow ones for the city lights? Right now I have Yellow ones in there, but they not LEDs, so they are dim. Seems like all sellers likes to sell the white ones.

Would you be able to include the door lights for me (i will pay for the difference)? I want 2 dome + 2 map + 2 door lights.
Also, if you're able to get the trunk interior light i'll be interested as well: i beleive it's a 6411

I installed my sonic tuning interior kit and it looks great! And for Rashman's information, the door lights turn off while driving. I tested the ones from superbrightled.com and they stay on while driving.
I still couldn't get into the map lights... I had one side open for a little bit, but it didn't come off completely. I didn't want to do anymore damage. I'll have to wait to pry it open when I get a solid plastic screwdriver.
Does anyone have their front sidemarkers switched to LED. I tried both the sonictuning one and the one from superbrightled.com and both flickered while in there. Have you guys tried any bulbs that have worked with success? I really want to match my other lights.

i have led trunk lights from them. i had to trim the piece to fit. i mean it doesnt take long. like 5 min total after i knew what i was doing but yeah iono if you want to do that. you should look at their error free section. they guarantee not to give off errors.

What part of the light do you have to trim? I'm really not sure what or how to trim a light, i'm afraid it'll electricute me.

i have them from JDMtoy. I will post a pic later after the rain stops. their lights come error free. they come with like a heat sink backing. its black all metal. it wouldnt fit into my license plate lights and it was too late for me to return them. so i just took it upon myself to make them work. i trimmed a fin off the metal backing and sanded it down to fit. i was just worried it would fry the bulb and maybe the housing. but its working like a charm and i love them. worth the work and error free.

finally got a chance to take some pics of my led interiors, sorry for the crappy point and shoot quality. anyways, i think im going to need to order some led's for the door lights because its the only light that isnt white now and it kinda ruins the whole scheme
