I guess it all depends on how much money your town has to spend on roads. In Los Angeles county, roads are pretty bad at some area. As soon as I get into Ventura county or orange county, which is adjacent county, you can probably tell the roads are so much better. Very smooth, nice, and new road work done.

Insurance in Los Angeles county is more expensive because more accidents and vandalism happen in LA. Sometimes, I want to move out of LA. however, I am planning to stay in LA at the moment for my job and personal situation. I wish I didn't have to worry about all these. Oh well, I just have to suck it up for now.
