Sweet setup!!! How's the bass sounded like with that type of configuration?? It's free air right?? I was thinking of putting free air on my C but then it may not be loud enough for me

with respect to the free air, this configuration is excellent. it's as if it uses the entire trunk as the box...i have it on bass level 8 (180 degrees) and it hits pretty hard.

yes, that type of board was used. then we covered it with grey carpet.

one thing I found out was that there are no "rear"speakers...only the one's in the driver and pass. door. I plan to upgrade the speakers on both doors.

Where did you install the amp?? … how heavy are the subs?? … currently I’m also using MDF board underneath the rear deck but I’ve got 2 amps on it instead of the subs.….I was just wondering if the board can handle the weight of the subs

Were you able to integrate the steering wheel controls and the display in the speedometer?

the amp is installed in the left front portion of the trunk up against the wall. i would venture to guess that the board could hold the weight of the subs as my configuration has no problem doing so.

the steering wheel controls and speedo display do not work with aftermarket equipment. in addition, the S.O.S. feature is disabled. However, I have AAA so the loss isn't much of an issue.
