Yea, the rest pedal would have to be something custom..I used those exact part #'s..The installation wasn't too hard cuz I had taken it apart before to install the sprint booster.
Used a flat head to pop off the cover and take off the 10mm nut. Pull the whole assembly out and disconnect. Push out pin, and pull out the plastic cover under the assembly holding the pedal in. Install in reverse. Putting the assembly back would be the trickiest part, just have to make sure it's in all the way.

Will these parts fix my 2004 CLK320?
I wanted these for a long time but I was discouraged by my MB service adviser. The quote for the accelerator part was more than $200 and I was told that the installation was tricky.
I read this thread and my understanding is all 3 parts cost about $50. The brake and parking brake pedals are easy slide-on. The accelerator pedal is not a slide-on and it needs some work. I may buy the parts for Parts.com and get them installed in a MB dealership.

Ok the installation is done and hopefully it will help the newbie when they want to do this. The e-brake and the brake pedals are just slide out and in...for the gas pedal you will have to push the pin out ( I used a pair of plier).
