Just a lil' update. I picked up the programmer this morning. Hooked it up and called ST. Spoke to Oliver who walked me though a couple steps to record some software info and send it to him. Just waiting for them to do their thing with the signature and send it back to finish the tune. I included some pics of the box and the program itself..

Just finished with the tune! 
The actual process takes about 2 min. It's pouring outside so I can't really test it much. Boy oh boy what a difference the second you put your foot on the gas.
I can't imagine how it feels for all you 500's and 550's.. Definitely worth the money! Just like Carlos (OP) said no stuttering into turns anymore! I haven't even taken it out of C yet, I actually can't wait to go to work tomorrow..lol..This just makes me want to do the airbox mod that much more...

Any word on mileage yet? I'd be interested how mileage reacts to the ecu tune...if theres more then a 5+mpg penalty then i'm out but if not...i'd be interested in the group buy as well

The mileage is definitely going to go down due to the heavy foot. You have to feel what you paid for..lol..I'm sure once you back to your normal driving there shouldn't be too much difference

thnaks, so I pay deposit for the programmer or send in the ECU. If I send in the ECU, I have to disconnect the battery. Anyone know if I would need a code to reactivate the stock stereo? Do I need to disconnect the battery if I get the programmer sand in?

An update after driving to work. The car feels awesome! The instant throttle response is great! I didn't feel the "shiver" I usually feel when I came to a stop after getting off the highway. Filled up my tank this morning and the dash said I had 365 miles to empty. Can someone without the tune verify how many they get after a fill up?

With the group buy you will get the $300 tune for $260. If you don't go with the group buy it will cost $300.
