not old at all. i forget, does that have 3 pre outs? planning on doing speakers and sub?

I believe it only has 2. I was planning with sticking with my original speakers and skipping the sub. I was mostly interested in the ipod integration and navigation. Do you remember which SW control integration parts you used?? I called tech support but they dont have info on the 55 amg just the 320 - the look in your car is what im after.

doesnt it depend on your unit?

i think pioneer uses pac swi-can and pac swijack.
do a search on steering wheel controls. i think i was talking about this with a couple of members back in december.
