clunk from rear
#26

I have received my car back from my indy and here is what they found (2004 CLK500 with 60,000 miles):
Rear Clunk Noise - They found a loose bolt on the rear strut; tighten it; noise is still there but much less noisy. They thought it was the Bilstein Strut going out and they wanted to switch out to the OEM strut to see if the noise would go away, but I decided to leave it as is (if they were going to replace parts, I might as well get some coilovers installed).
Engine Motor Mount Leaking - Replaced under Warranty
Low Side AC hose leaking - Replaced under Warranty
Transmission Harness Plug Leaking - The transmission plug was leaking oil all over the tranny (common Mercedes problem). Replaced under Warranty
SOS Teleaid Malfunction Message - Was removed via Star (Finally
)
Dash Vents would not blow hot air - Reseting all the AC vent motors solved this problem
