Seat memory and convenience feature problem?

Seat memory and convenience feature problem?
My seat position is memorized on #1 and I've got the convenience entry feature turned on. When I pull the key out, it works fine, the seat runs all the way back, the steering wheel moves up.
Problem is when I get back in, put the key in, the seat doesn't return to the memory position. The only way it'll return to the right setting is if I press and hold the memory knob. I've gotta sit there holding it while I wait for the seat to move ahead and everything to adjust to where it should be.
Has anyone had this problem? I've checked and checked... I'm sure I have all the convenience options set correctly including key-dependent set to "on". I could've sworn the seat used to always return to the memorized settings as soon as I put the key in. Is something wrong??
